Owner and Chef, Stefano Bericchia, has a passion for great quality, Italian food. His ambition is to
provide his customers with the real tastes of Italy in the way only Italians can do.
For Stefano, food is not only a necessity but a way of life. Italians live to eat, not eat to live.
He believes that the experience of eating out should be a joy shared with family and friends.
Stefano trained and qualified as a chef in Gardone Riviera, Lago di Garda.
He has worked up through the ranks in hotels and restaurants from the 5 star Villa Cortine, Sirmione
to the 5 star Kulm Hotel, St Moritz.
He came to Scotland to work with the purpose of learning the language before heading back to his home
country. He certainly learned the language but found himself having his own restaurant.
A dream had come true!
